Design Through Deployment

Websites and Custom Applications, Designed and Built End to End

HikmBuild takes your website, client portal, or internal tool from first sketch to live deployment on your domain. The people who design it are the people who build it, and they stay reachable after launch.

You Have Seen How These Projects Go

By the time an owner starts shopping for a builder, one of these has usually already happened.

01.1Observed · Marketing Site

The Online Brochure

The site explains what you do but asks for nothing, so visitors leave.

01.2Observed · Template Build

Slow Loads

Template bloat leaks traffic before the offer ever loads.

01.3Observed · After Handover

Launched and Abandoned

The last shop shipped, invoiced, and vanished. A copy change now waits in a queue.

01.4Observed · Ops Tooling

Tools That Almost Fit

The off-the-shelf tool covers most of the job. Spreadsheets and memory cover the rest.

What We Build

Everything here is built as operations infrastructure, not brochureware. It is software your business runs on.

02.1

Marketing Websites

Fast, conversion-focused sites where every page moves the visitor toward one action.

02.2

Client Portals

Customers submit jobs, sign documents, approve work, and check billing without emailing your team.

02.3

Internal Tools

One place for the work that currently lives in threads, spreadsheets, and memory.

02.4

Operations Apps

Workflows, roles, and integrations connected, so a job moves once and appears everywhere it should.

General Notes

Application builds start by modeling how your jobs, documents, and approvals actually move, then wiring that into screens, roles, and live integrations. Website builds start from the action you want a visitor to take, and every page is designed backward from it.

SHT 03 · Method of WorkRev A

Design Through Deployment, Under One Roof

No handoffs between a design agency, a dev shop, and a hosting company. One team carries the build the whole way.

03.1

One Roof

The same people who design it build it, so what you approve is what ships.

03.2

Modern Stack

Next.js, Tailwind, Supabase, and Vercel, chosen for fast loads and solid mobile performance.

03.3

Fast Iteration

You see working software early, and course-correct while changes are still cheap.

03.4

Built to Convert

Copy, hierarchy, and calls to action all point toward one next step.

03.5

Role-Based Access

Who sees what and who can approve, mapped to your structure from the start.

03.6

Your Accounts, Your Code

Everything deploys to accounts you own. The domain, data, and code stay yours.

After You Launch

Most shops close the ticket at go-live. HikmBuild is the build studio inside Hikm Systems, where the day-to-day work is running software after it ships: keeping sites current, extending applications as workflows change, and adding automation where it earns its keep. When you want the same team to keep operating and growing the build after launch, that conversation starts at hikmsystems.com.

Common Questions

RFI-01

What Does It Cost?

It tracks the scope, from a lean site that gets you live to a full application with roles and integrations. After the strategy meeting you get a fixed quote in writing, so you compare us with real numbers in front of you.

RFI-02

Can We See Examples of Your Work?

We keep client builds off the public site and walk through relevant ones in the strategy meeting instead. You see working software, including the admin side most portfolios leave out.

RFI-03

We Already Have a Website. Do We Start Over?

Not always. Sometimes it calls for a rebuild, sometimes a rework of what you have. You keep your domain and content either way, and we tell you which path we would take before you commit.

RFI-04

Who Do We Call When Something Needs to Change?

The people who built it. Your build never lands in a support queue that has not seen the code. If you want the site or application run and extended continuously after launch, that is available too.
