You Explain the Business. We Build the Software.

HikmBuild takes your website, client portal, or internal tool from a thirty-minute conversation to a live deployment on your domain, on a scope and quote fixed in writing before the work starts.

Free Strategy Meeting

Thirty minutes, no pitch. You leave with written findings and a fixed quote.

The Difference, Line by Line

You start shopping for a builder after one of these has happened. The same lines look different after a proper build.

hikm.diffwhat you have → what you get

@@ the website @@

A site that explains what you do, asks for nothing, and loses visitors.

Every page built backward from the one action you want a visitor to take.

@@ the template @@

Template bloat that leaks traffic before the offer loads.

A build with nothing in it that your business did not ask for.

@@ the last shop @@

Shipped, invoiced, and vanished. A copy change now waits in someone's queue.

The people who wrote it answer when something needs to change.

@@ the tooling @@

An off-the-shelf tool covers most of the job. Spreadsheets cover the rest.

Software shaped to how your jobs, documents, and approvals move.

What We Build

Everything here is operations infrastructure. It is software your business runs on, not brochureware.

02.1site/

Marketing Websites

Fast, conversion-focused sites where every page moves the visitor toward one action.

02.2portal/

Client Portals

Customers submit jobs, sign documents, approve work, and check billing without emailing your team.

02.3internal/

Internal Tools

One place for the work that lives in threads, spreadsheets, and memory.

02.4ops/

Operations Apps

Workflows, roles, and integrations connected, so a job moves once and appears everywhere it should.

# We start application builds by modeling how your jobs, documents, and approvals move, then wire that into screens, roles, and live integrations.

# We start website builds from the action you want a visitor to take. We design every page backward from it.

Every Build Runs on the Same Defaults

We set them before we draw the first screen, and they do not change midway through your project.

How It Works

1/3

Free Strategy Meeting

Thirty minutes to scope the build. You talk, we take notes, and no one pitches you.

out → written findings + fixed quote

2/3

Design and Build

The quote sets the delivery date. We design, build, and put working screens in front of you.

out → live on your domain

3/3

Launch and Refine

Fixes, copy changes, and new pages land with the team that shipped it.

out → same team after go-live

After You Launch

Most shops close the ticket at go-live. HikmBuild is the build studio inside Hikm Systems, where the day-to-day work is running software after it ships. We keep sites current, grow applications as workflows change, and add automation where it earns its keep. To keep the same team operating the build after launch, start at hikmsystems.com.

Common Questions

q/01

What Does It Cost?

Price tracks the scope, from a lean site that gets you live to a full application with roles and integrations. After the strategy meeting you get a fixed quote in writing, so you compare us with real numbers in front of you.

q/02

Can We See Examples of Your Work?

We keep client builds off the public site and walk through relevant ones in the strategy meeting instead. You see working software, including the admin side most portfolios leave out.

q/03

We Already Have a Website. Do We Start Over?

Not always. Sometimes it calls for a rebuild, sometimes a rework of what you have. You keep your domain and content either way, and we tell you which path we would take before you commit.

q/04

Who Do We Call When Something Needs to Change?

The people who built it. Your build never lands in a support queue that has not seen the code. If you want us running and extending the build after launch, that is available too.
